Required skills:
— Work experience as a game designer at least 3 years (preferably in different areas: gaming, mobile gaming, gambling);
— Experience in writing clear GDD documentation;
— Experience in developing project economics and game balance;
— Good knowledge of game analytics (or the ability to learn quickly);
— Good understanding UX\UI in gaming context;
— Ability to work out the economics and monetization points of projects;
— The presence of successful projects in the portfolio;
— Gaming Experience (Dota 2 or LOL, CSGO or Warzone) or the opportunity to get this experience.
Responsibilities:
— Design product’s gaming systems/aspects;
— mplement, tune, and maintain gaming experience to ensure the product’s critical and commercial success;
— Ideate, conceptualize, create, and fine-tune balancing, economy, and feeling;
— Analyze data to continuously improve user experience;
— Conceptualize, create and collaborate to maintain clear, concise and detailed game design documentation;
— Synthesize metrics from the data science team to innovate design solutions.
